Tessa helped my family and I to find our dream cottage in Point Roberts. What impressed my about Tessa is her sunny disposition in times when it seemed like there wasn’t going to be a positive outcome.She is very professional, knowledgeble ,and underneath that positive demeanor is a strong assertive negotiator. She never gave up and continued to assist us in providing information on local resources, contractors etc. As a Canadian that attention to detail was invaluable!!
